Buying a new mobile even cant able to set own ringtone as per my wish its irritating i need a solution as soon as

Hi, do you have the ringtone downloaded on your phone? if you physically have the file on your phone, download a file manager from the play store and move the file to the "ringtones" folder. This should allow you to select the tone in the settings menu. You could also download Zedge - this sets tones / notifications up for you within the app.

Create folder "Ringtones" and another folder 'Notifications" if you want to set your own message tones.

Put the media in the corresponding folder then go to settings and find your sound settings. Your new media will be in the list of pre-installed tones.
