Apps not working in WiFi but working normal in mobile data

[Android Central Question]

I am using Xiaomi Mi A1. For the past few weeks, I am having the issue in using the phone at home using WiFi.
I am having the same Fibre network for more than a year and my devices TV and Tab are connected to WiFi and working fine. Connection is Excellent.

When it comes to my phone, social media apps like Twitter which I use most and Yahoo mail app does not work at all or loading very very very slow. Can't able to tweet or load my email.

Recently I have updated 'Android latest verion' -9, which came through my status bar and have updated it. Not sure if my issue is just after this update, but apps like, google chrome, you tube in my phone are working very well.

Could not able to figure out the issue. Tried the following,
Restarted home WiFi router,
Forgot home WiFi from my phone and reconnected,
I un installed the apps and re installed,
Clerared data and cache (cookies),
Restarted Phone,
Tried to fix through Broadband provider which they reset my network,

Nothing working. Tried searching in forums for solution, where some people had similar WiFi not connecting to specific app issues, but no fix solutions..

If any of you guys know some solution for this please suggest,

Welcome to Android Central! See this guide: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...roubleshooting-wi-fi-connection-problems.html. I'd try the following:

1. Make sure QoS isn't turned on, if that's an option in the router settings.
2. See if the wi-fi channel is congested; if so, try changing the channel.
3. Disable IPv6 temporarily.
