just got brand new 64gb sd card to greatly expand the storage capacity since little was offered on this ZTE N3800 AWE, After unmounting the 16gb sd card I originally had I inserted the larger card but when I got into the settings, selecting storage it shows me what's used and for what purpose in relation to the internal storge. However, SD card storage options are unlit and when tapped on do nothing. when I checked in areas where I should be able to see that the card is there it says 0.0space... so my questions are is the card to high of GB to be compatible with this particilar phone? Does it just need to be formatted somehow to be recognized by the os? Can I format it with my computer since currently unable to get it working with the phone, any help welcomed

The AWE handles SDHC cards (up to 32GB), it can't handle SDXC (64GB and up) cards. The technology is different.
