I uninstalled google chrome and it went away momentarily but not fixed yet. I went through my apps and cleared all the data and uninstalled a the game I had "Word Guru" and "Hang outs" The ladybug is GONE I repeat THE LADYBUG IS GONE!!! YES!!! I will now reinstall google chrome to see if the ladybug returns. So far so good!
