Games Automatic Close.

I Need Help With My Lenovo A800 games closing automaticly :-X . When i playing asphalt 8 after on loading screen it automaticly close (screen with "Tap To Continue) same with nfs and Vice City..

Welcome to Android Central! Did you install these from Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore, or directly from the software company? If not, keep in mind that apps installed from lesser known app sources could be counterfeit and/or carry malware (and are also possibly pirated). If you did install from a legitimate site, it might be a compatibility problem with the hardware, even if it was reported as being compatible.

I'd recommend a cache partition wipe, but you do that from the Recovery Menu, and I'm not sure the A800 has that option. Otherwise, consider a factory reset, but this will of course require reinstallation of all apps.

I have bought the phone just 3 weeks ago
I have used factory data reset but it also doesn't worked for me
Pls help me and recommend a solution to me
