Tried a Google search and found AirDroid and SnapPea but neither of those does quite what I was hoping for.
What I'm looking for is a way to manage the screen(s) on my Android device (HTC One) like you can an iOS device from iTunes - add screens, create/name folders, add shortcuts to folders etc. I know all of this can be done from the phone itself but I find it much easier to do from a desktop interface.
Is there something out there like this for Android?
