Wifi completely disabled after 4.3 patch. HELP!

So I updated to 4.3 no problem and a little while later a got some type of a 26 Mb patch. I downloaded it and installed it and since then my wifi will no switch on. I am extremely frustrated with this and I really want to fix this. I would greatly prefer not doing a factory reset if possible. Please help me

Actually I just fixed it. I went to sammoble.com and downloaded the latest 4.3 sprint update for my phone went into my odin 3.07 and just flashed in the update I downloaded and it worked like a charm.

Essentially the same as a factory reset
