samsung galaxy s4- double tap on top feature?

guys I just researched about some features and found out that the s3 has a double tap on top to scroll a list all the way back to the top. my s4 doesn't have this feature? or does it?because I cant seem to find it? please help? *ALSO QUICK QUESTION, I know the s4 has 3 sensors on top, the rgb light, the proximity, and the air gesture on, how come the galaxy note 3 only has 2? and does the s3 have similar sensors or completely different ones? thanks

I don't think it's double tap on the S4, I just touch near the top of the page.
1) They probably combined to of the sensors into one.
2) Has the same sensors but they do different things because of the software
