Been told by Samsung Support 4.3 is not available for my S4 mini GT-I9195T, may never be and I just have to wait and hope!
What are my chances? Likely, unlikely, never!
I just paid top dollar for a Fitbit fitness band, website claimed to work on any Android OS system and specifically my phone as well! Now their support has told me only on 4.3 and higher! False advertising?
