default camera missing and cannot connect to camera

My android my was locked due to missmatch of patter lock. After that i went to professional. He flashed my phone. But i cannot find my default camera. I have tried by other camera from play store. But they are not working. It said, cannot connect to camera. Any one have solution, please help.!!!
