why google play store can not connect to internet with device model has a space in it

now ,we have problem ,by check the android log as below ,we found that if the device model has a space in it google play store can not connect ,who can tell me why?
and if have some solutions to fix it with have a space in device model,thanks very much !!!

Google Play's access is granted by approved devices. If you have changed you device name in the build.prop file to something that it does not recognize the it will not allow you in. If you did not change the name of your device you may need to do a factory reset to correct the problem.
