When I turn on the data on my Droid Razr Maxx HD xt926 32GB kitkat, it freezes when the screen is off on first time. I have to restart it. I tried to turn off and on the background data but no use. This issue has been there since day 1. I cannot factory reset as there is a lot of important data on my phone. Including game progresses.
Please help me.
