The developers are talking about the launch of "M" already!
Wouldn't it be better to finish launching Lollipop and get it to work properly? Or is "L" so bad they would like to skip over it?
Just Asking!! ✌😂

Sent from my Galaxy Note 3 "Size Does Matter!"

It seems like they're on track for another update after a year. A letter upgrade typically calls for expansion to new hardware. One rumor suggests M will get into connected devices (Nest, Washing Machines, door locks, lightbulbs) and expand the cohesiveness of a connected home.

Re: Android "M" ?

well let's start with fact it would be Named "Android Mars". the reason they hold it up.
let's think about it. now they ruleout 5.2 (Android Mars) , the reason cuz alot of users compalin that 5.0+ doin issues
of Battery/ram . and every bugfix they push make it even worse

i only expt them to fix the next few things:
1.ram cost of the system
2.Wight of the os install from 950MB to 450MB.
3.less "flashy effects"
4.less battery use

i run 5.0 SM G900H. That always get update after sm g900f (month after) ,

i hope next update 5.1 /5.0.1 5.2 whatever it would be. that it wouldnt be holdup alot of time by carriers . cuz that's what google dosnt understand!!! for samsung owners

this phone would be updated:
Samsung SM G900H
Samsung SM G900F
Samsung SM G900FD
Samsung SM G900T
Samsung S6
Samsung S6 Edge
Samsung Note Edge
Samsung NOTE 4C
Samsung NOTE 4F
Samsung NOTE 3
Samsung NOTE 2 (IN SOME REGIONS)
Samsung S4

with hope Samung S3 users

Delaying the rollout of a new version won't make devices get updated any quicker. Stopping development of new versions because the current version hasn't fully rolled out yet would be like refusing to think about what you're doing tomorrow because today isn't over yet. Development takes time. It's totally normal and desirable that Google is working on the next thing, and the thing after the next thing, and maybe even the thing after that, all at the same time. Technology waits for no one; if they're not working ahead, they're falling behind.

A friend and I feel like in "Mars" you forgot the "hmallow" at the end.

The 4 things that you expect to be fixed aren't issues that are broken? Or are they broken on Samsung devices and not on Android?

Not sure what the rest of the device list was referring to.

It's going to be Milky Way lol

Looks like Google is adopting the Apple way of doing things by announcing a new OS every year.
