wifi or Bluetooth won't work on my Unlocked Samsung since I update to Lollipop 5.0.1. Help me please

I did the factory reset
Remove my battery
Cleared the partition cache
P.S. I don't know what else to do help me please

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? From your username, I'm guessing it's an S4.

What exactly happens when you try to use wi-fi or Bluetooth? Do the switches work at all? Do they turn on, then turn off on their own? Do they turn on and stay on, but they never connect?
