HTC A9 system UI tuner
I have the new HTC A9 on Sprint. I've read every possible thread on multiple sites of how to enable the System UI Tuner. It simply doesn't work. I have developer options turned on, also have tried it with developer options turned off. I've held the settings cog until my thumb went numb. Tried all kinds of things. It just will not enable the system UI tuner. I read thread somewhere that said make sure animation is on, it is. Another thread said turn off developer options, reboot, then it'll work. Well when I rebooted the developer options are on by default. Does anyone have anymore suggestions for me?
