I have same problem and it's driving me insane. I just noticed it. Some one please HELP.....!!!!

I did something that someone said in other post about note 5 and marshmallow update having same problem, but it worked.
Go to settings - accessibility - Turn On both Vision and Hearing option...... Use it for few minutes .... WARNING - it's annoying as heck.... - than turn both of them OFF... And some how I got my action memo function back... Let's see how long it lasts......

Which Vision and Hearing options need to be turned on? There are several in one of them. Just wondering as my Air Command isn't working. Trying to get it working again.
