icons of apps on sd disappear after reboot

Sorry to revive this old topic, but past threads dont show any official solution care to take a jab? Using a mokee rom of marshmallow on a droid razr.

Apps on the sd disappear after reboot because the sd doesnt mount in time, so the icons are unable to locate their linking files in time.

Is there a way to force the system to wait for the sd to mount before it tries to remove the shortcuts from home screen? Change timeout in some config?

I'd keep them on internal mem, but apps are just really big these days eapecially KHUX... I have both us and jp versions, so apps like skype messenger line etc are all on sd.
