hai. i just bought Redmi Note 4 Qualcomm and tried to unlock the bootloader. but im having a bit of an issue.
so i enabled developer mode, enabled oem unlock, linked device with mi account, enabled usb debugging, made sure my phone is connected to pc properly through "adb devices". i've gained permission from mi team and downloaded the required tool, but here's the problem.
in order to unlock bootloader i have to go to fastboot mode, and connect my phone to pc. but the thing is, my fastboot mode will only display for about 10-15 seconds before rebooting itself. it will reboot to either charging mode if cable is connected it completely power off my phone without any source of power.
i watched a lot of youtube videos and none of them had my problem where the fastboot mode reboots itself. mine just reboots itself whether it is connected to usb or not. i tried to use "adb reboot-bootloader" and got the same results. definitely tried with enough battery at 95%.
any help would be appreciated!
