Problem with HTC Butterfly and HTC Sync Manager with Outlook

HTC snyc manager installed, syncronising music and photos, however, always stops at 25% and bring error message 1016. Neither contacts nor calender of Outlook 2010 is able to be syncronised. Has someone here an idea why? Thanks for your help!
