Help! Trying to install a French app on a UK device

Hi guys,

I need to install a french app for mobile banking, but I live in the UK. While I was in the UK it was impossible to install the app because it said it was incompatible with my device's country. Annoying but fair enough. Now I'm in France and I thought I would be able to resolve the issue, but it still says that the app cannot be installed in my device's country. So I don't really know what to do.. Does anyone has a suggestion?

ps: I'm on stock 4.3, not rooted.

So it got sorted out in a weird way. Using my uk laptop, the play store would tell me is not available for my device. Then I logged on to the play store from a French computer and then it let me install the app.
