Looking for profile app that can set individual notifications

I am a BB convert and used my device as a pager as my answering service sent out my pages via SMS. I had this working well with a time based profile switcher and BerryBuzz which could be programmed to provide a nag at intervals if the page/SMS wasn't answered.

I have discovered Handcent which produces a popup and programmable nag. I now need a profile switcher, so I will be awakened only by phone calls and SMS at nightime and not emails, but would switch on the email notification in the AM with a profile switch. I would like Handcent/nag to remain on at nightime: I don't want the profile switcher to shut it off. Is there any profile app which can change notifications individually and not globally?

You feedback on the most capable programs is appreciated.

might want to look into Tasker. it seems to be the most customizable option for individual variables (ie time, location, Event and "if" scenarios).

it's not free
and there is a steep learning curve. if you're not good with technology/logic, i wouldn't suggest it.
