Why is Pandora Only streaming on WiFi?

Pandora Only Streaming on WiFi

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. After the latest Pandora update on June 8, 2015, Pandora stopped being able to be streamed over my cellular data networks (3G or 4G) and only streams music on WiFi.

I have no power saving modes turned on or any memory management apps that would stop it from running.

When I'm on my cellular network, the album artwork downloads, but the song shows a 0:00 starting and -0:00 ending time and doesn't stream any music.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to the App Manager, select Pandora, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.

Unfortunately that did not work. I have also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it from scratch to no avail....

Any other thoughts?

This is a longshot, but you haven't hit your monthly mobile data allowance, have you?

Funny you should ask. I am starting to think it may be something along those lines...

I have unlimited data, so that's not the problem. Must be something else.
I've tried all of the suggestions made in this strong and others: Background data enabled, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. Still won't work. Something else changed likely because of some system software upgrade that was pushed. Any answers here??
