Is there a way to fix the glitchy Memo app?

On my Samsung Galaxy S5, the Memo app doesn't scroll properly. When I touch to edit a memo, it jumps to the bottom of the memo, and then when I scroll up it immediately jumps down again. Does anyone know of a fix for this, or of a way to contact the app administration? There's no "help" section within the app itself.

Bump. I have the same problem. Really annoying! Anyone know how to fix?
