How can I replace a lost all apps shortcut on on my home screen?

I accidentally deleted the all apps shortcut on my home screen which I used to access all the program shortcuts on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 Android tablet. And I really want to replace it.

I know there is the original all apps shortcut in the all apps folder, which I could use to clone a copy to my desktop. But without the all apps shortcut I don't know how to access tthe all apps folder to produce the copy.

i imagine the all apps folder is somewhere in the Android fille system. But I don't know where it is.

Any help would be appreciated.
