    Question Which phone to get for ROMS

    I am curious which phones would be within the price range of $0-$175 or so that has a decent amount of ROMS available for it as well. It needs to be a GSM phone that can be unlocked. Also it needs to support atleast 3G

    In this price range and with the features of ROMS you can buy Google Nexus 4 smartphone. It has elegant and the best features.

    Definitely Nexus 4. By far the best for rooting. Behind that would be the Galaxy Nexus.
