Why are my costa loyalty points not added through Android Pay

Hi there,
I am using the Samsung S6 Edge. Great phone love it..
Decided i would go with the flow and give android pay a chance... Works, costa got paid for my coffee.... However, i have my Costa Account linked to my Android Pay account and the girl at the desk said it worked when i paid.. However on my Costa Coffee App the points are not showing up...
Will this be the case for every other Android Pay Loyalty Card i have loaded on...
Am i going to have to painstakingly check ever transaction..

B.Diddy, how do I find the 'Android Pay forum' you refer to? Shouldn't there be a link? I'm also having this issue with Costa points not registering through Google Pay. Any help would be appreciated.
