I have Virgin Mobile Galaxy S3 and did a system update to 4.4.2 yesterday 6/12/14. I lost internet connection and Virgin said there is no system problem and to change my mode from LTE4/CDMA to CDMA (aka 3G), because LTE4/CDMA function was no longer working. I also noticed after the update, my network name has changed from Virgin Mobile to Samsung. Virgin Mobile stated this problem is not on their end. Is there an issue with 4G with the 4.4.2 update? Can someone give step by step instructions on uninstalling the 4.4.2 update?
