htc desire s sync manager

[AC Question]

every time i sync up my htc to my laptop, it imports every photo instead of just the new ones so i have multiple files of the same picture which is really annoying to me. any ideas how i get it to just sync up new photos?

I am curious if it is an error in the sync program. Have you tried to contact HTC about it?
