My mom's S4, which she got in April, does not show who is calling if she is already in a call. She can hear it beep, but no notification shows up. When she finishes her call, there is no "missed call from" notification either, not on the notification bar or in the recent calls log.
If she is not in a call and misses one, it gives her the notification and shows up in the recent calls log. It's only when she is already in a call that this happens.
Any ideas? She says it never has worked. We are on Verizon and and she has KitKat 4.4.2 installed.
