download time on Samsung Galaxy S5

[AC Question]

Yesterday afternoon, I rented a movie on Google Play to watch on my flight tomorrow morning. I started the download almost 24 hours ago and it is still going! Did I do something wrong? Very concerned.

Welcome to Android Central! So you selected the "Keep on device" pushpin icon, and it's vertical? But it looks like it's still in the process of downloading?

Try going to the App Manager, selecting Google Play Movies, and Clear Cache and Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now open it and try downloading again.
