charge and use usb-on-the-go on the Samsung galaxy s4 at the same time

Hello, i'm a disabled person and I have a Samsung galaxy s4. Because i can't use my hands, I use my Phone via usb-on-the-go. I connect a mousse via a usb-on-the-go cable with my s4. The battery life of the s4 isn't so big. So i would like to charge and use the usb-on-the-go at the same time, is this possible?

I've also thought of using an extra battery pack. But I'm not sure if I can use the battery pack and the usb-on-the-go at the same time?

Could anyone help me? Thanks

I will start this off but others may have better suggestions.

I just searched on Amazon. com for "usb otg power" and there seemed to be more than one cable and solution for this problem.

Also - Anker and Zerolemon are very well regarded aftermarket battery suppliers. Anker do a double capacity and a triple capacity battery with back cover, and Zerolemon do a triple capacity.
You need to weigh up the size and weight aginst convenience. The usb socket works the same way, but if you use a docking cradle or similar, they will be too deep.
Ask in the S4 forums. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and both those makes have a great reputation.
