Touch Screen Partially Not Responsive (Onda Chinese Tablet)

Hi dear friends,

I have Onda tab (Model V811).

The part of touch screen is not responsive. Only the white portion in attached image is responsive, remaining is not.

Any clue how to solve this out.

Welcome to Android Central! Probably bad hardware, bad firmware, or both. It is unfortunately more likely in these ultra-budget off-brand devices.
