s4 Mini Battery Problems

[AC Question]

I just got an S4 Mini, brand new, out from the box. My problem is the battery. Im new to samsung phones but i do know how to use them. I charge my phone properly however, the phone doesn't die completely. It will go down to 30 % and just switch off. I get no warnings at all and its frustrating cause i really like this phone. My phone does this everyday. Does anyone knows how i can fix this please? Thanks

Though new, the battery may be faulty. Return under warranty.

Yes, I agree. Return it while you can. You could always futz around with trying to calibrate the battery this and that, but you shouldn't have to out of the box.
