Samsung tablet running 4.2.2

[AC Question]

Although it is connected by Wi-Fi, it wont join the Internet. I've checked elsewhere on the 'net and this seems to be a common problem. I looked on the Samsung site and followed their instructions but it has made no difference. I'm not sure if it's a software problem or a Samsung firmware fault. Anybody out there got any ideas on the issue?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or only your home network? Which tablet is it?
