how to access memory in a tablet (Tablet freezes on the welcome screen)

Hello,

Uncle Google somehow did not really help me. I care more for accessing files and to being able to recover them than the system itself.
My tablet is noname.

My tablet is almost dead because I can still enter recovery mode Android (Andorid system recovery 3e), but there is nothing that will allow me to gain access to the files.

When tablet is connected to PC via USB during running that system recovery mode my PC detects it but I cant access the memory.

- I tried to clear the cache, but it did not help - the tablet will not start.
- Wipe data / factory reset - I wasn't doing this because as far as I know it would delete all my files or can I restore factory setting without loosing my data?
- Apply update from external storage - I didn't do it (I do not have update), but also here I would loose all data (as far as I know).
- A hard reset also does not work.

As I connect the tablet to PC via USB when it is trying to boot, windows detects two drives (which is correct) but I can't access them.

how can I access my files?
