Atrix HD touch screen

[AC Question]

I replaced digitizer and LCD. I do not presently have a Sims card in phone. My touch seems to only recognize part of my screen, I have no status light. and I cannot power phone off. I have opened phone back up and checked the cable connectors for LCD and digitizer, they are not torn and seem to be tightly connected. Please help with any suggestions for me to try.

The replacement part might be faulty, or the cables themselves might be faulty.
