How to pair Apple-only Bluetooth devices on Android Phone?

Greetings, I was wondering if there is a way to pair, let's say for exemple the Steelseries Stratus, on a Android Phone?
I asked for the controller and received it, but they took the Stratus one and not the Freezone. What happens is when I go into Bluetooth, I search for the Controller I tap on it and it says "Pairing..." and then it get stuck on "Connecting..." indefinetly.

Is possible to "force" or trick the controller into thinking that my phone is an Apple device so it can Pair ?

So even if it's the same Bluetooth Technology, there is no way around it? It's a simple Controller with Joystick and triggers...

It has more to do with just the Bluetooth connection--it has to do with what instructions are being sent over Bluetooth. Bluetooth is just a way to connect something wirelessly.
