Question Error connecting to Apple Music Family Account from Android

I'm trying to sign into a Apple Music Family Account that was sent via Iphone Device, to my Samsung A32 Android device using the email invitation. When i open the invitation on my android device and sign into my Apple Music account it , I accept the invitation but it then comes up with an error "Cannot Change Family Settings, Access to this setting is not currently supported on this device, please use a Mac or an iOS device to manage Family Sharing" Does anyone know if this is supported, joining a Family Sharing Account that was sent from IOS, from Android? I have looked at this video

it seems i have to get an apple device then logon to apple music using my icloud account , then do an upgrade to family, and then log into apple music on my Samsung and then it should work?
