Kingoo root keep saying same things while rooting my tablett

hello !

i tried to root my tablett using kingoo root... but the root took much time
it keeps saying the same thing

waiting for device
waiting for device
downloading....
checking...
waiting for device

it took more than 5 mins what should i do please :/

i fear if i interrupt the rooting that i hurt my tablett ._.

There is probably a communication error between your PC and the device. Have you updated the drivers for the device on your PC?
