Moto G trusted devices not working.

Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with Bluetooth trusted devices. When I open the setting, it shows a window is "Confirm Saved Pattern" window, but it's on a loop. How many ever times I draw the pattern, the next window does not come. It used to work properly earlier. O use to connect to my car's Bluetooth and my laptop. What must I do? I disabled and reenabled it cleared data, but the problem is not solved.

Please provide a solution and please tell whether a factory reset will help.
