century audio help!!!

I was on youtube and my audio just stopped working and now I can't hear found for anything. Please help!!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that you have a Samsung Galaxy Centura? Have you tried rebooting the phone?

Yes it is the centuria And I saw I had the option for a factory restore but m worried I will lose the value of my time card

Time card? You mean your SD card or your SIM card?

I was just suggesting a reboot, not a factory reset. Just power the phone down by pressing and holding the Power button until you see the Power options, then tap Power Off. For good measure, once it's off, remove the battery and wait 10 seconds. Then put the battery back in, and turn the phone back on. Is the audio still messed up?

I did the reboot and it didn't work and by time card I mean the hard you buy with tracphones To get service
