asus fonepad 7 cant connect to network

[AC Question]

i have updated my fonepad with latest updated which 6.9.4.

after update my phone is not showing any network. for network it shows cross sign at the network bars.

also the strange thing is the if i use the same sim card in other phones its working.

moreover if i use the another sim card in my phone it is also working.

its not working only when i have a combination like ( my sim card + my phone).

please suggest what to do.

i have done complete factory resert but no use.
