How do I correct a camera problem on my Notebook II?

I keep getting a "Warning an error has occurred" when I try to use my camera. I've removed the battery hoping this would correct the problem but so far it hasn't helped. Is there anything I can do?

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to the Camera app, open, and select Clear Data and Clear Cache. Power Off phone and Restart.
