I have a sony xperia e1 phone, sometimes it shuts down itself and reboots

Good question. To get the answer, the phone has to be put on the bench and be worked on. It could be anything from a loose battery connection to a defective motherboard.

Welcome to Android Central! Any pattern to the shutdowns? Does it happen when using a certain app? Does the phone feel really hot right before shutdown? Have you noticed quick battery drain?

The first thing I'd try is a new battery.
