Why can't I receive emails in my Samsung Galaxy S4?

why i can't receive emails in my Samsung galaxy s4

I recently changed my old sim card in samsung glxs4 to a new sim card due to my travel i noticed that when I open my email icon .click my inbox its empty however I can send email and it work does changing sim card effect the email receiving ?

Changing the SIM card shouldn't affect your email. I would delete the account and re-add it.
