I receive email motification, bit there is no number of received email over my email icon

[Android Central Question]

I receive email notification, but i don't see the small number over my email icon.
My app badge is on.
The strange think is that in the setting of my email all folders are checked, accept the Inbox, but still I receive the emails.
I'm on Outlook, my mobile is Samsung A 10.
Everything was perfect untill yesterday, but now not.
