Why is it when I edit calendar appointments it is in the wrong time zone?

When I Edit calendar appointments in wrong time zone!

This has been going on with my s3,s4 and s5 and it is driving me bonkers! I have tried seeing if my exchange server is causing issues but they are claiming it is not them! Please help!
OK so I use sherweb as my exchange server. When I create an appointment on my calendar in outlook on computer, it syncs to phone and shows on calendar as correct time zone, BUT if I go to edit it the time zone is in eastern time zone and I have to change it to central time zone which messes up the appointment time and then go and fix. If I create on my phone it doesn't have this problem....which I guess seems like an exchange server issue....but if anyone has advice please I am listening!

Hello. Welcome to Android Central. When you make these edits on your computer, is it using a mail client, or on a web interface?
