Why is my Razr M storage space running out when I should have plenty left?

Razr M storage space running out

I keep getting an alert that my storage space is running out. When I look at my storage usage, my apps take up 4.13GB. I have cleared the cache of all my apps, uninstalled updates from all my unused factory installed apps and disabled many, yet I still have no space. I have only downloaded 12 apps, and when I add up the total space these take up, it only adds up to 237.48 MB. Does anyone have ideas or tips about how to clear space? Thanks in advance for any help!
