black screen on samsung galaxy s3

[AC Question]

i dropped my samsung galaxy s3 and now the screen is black. cant use touch sreen because it is just black . cant answer phone or make calls. i am on call for work and really need to know how to fix my phone. not sure if i need a new digitizer

There's no way of knowing without a skilled diagnosis. Even if the screen is broken, and you have it replaced, the phone may still not work because there may be other damage. Similarly, the screen may not be damaged....the damage may be to a connector or other internal part.
