Why has my Brand new LG G3 gone dead?

Brand new LG G3 gone dead

The new LG G3 mobile just went dead. The battery is charged but not coming on even after pressing the ON button. Anyone any suggestion?

There are two things you can try, if you haven't already. 1) Try pressing the power button for longer than normal, say a minute or two. 2) Make sure the battery is making good contact.

If no go, the battery may have failed, or there may be some other internal fault.
